​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​JFRS is administered by a team of three employees:  Bo Cracraft was appointed as Executive Director on December 1, 2020.  Rebecca Stephens joined JFRS in 2020 and graciously served as Interim Executive Director after the unexpected April 2020 passing of Donna S. Early, who served the Board as Executive Director since 1983. Melissa Gilchrist joined the system in June 2021.  The System's staff salary can be found at https://transparency.ky.gov.​
